The Considered Jar Return Program gives Formulosophy customers a simple way to return eligible packaging directly to us. For every complete set of three qualifying jars returned, you will receive a $3 credit toward a future Formulosophy purchase.

Complimentary return shipping is provided for eligible, authorized returns.

1. Collect three eligible Formulosophy jars and their required components.
2. Empty, clean and dry the components as described below.
3. Contact Formulosophy with a photo of the collected jars and to request an authorized return.
4. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
5. Package the components securely and send them using the return method provided. To minimize additional packaging, we recommend reusing the 6 × 4-inch shipping box received with one of your Formulosophy orders, provided it remains sturdy and suitable for shipping.
6. After the return has been received and verified, we will email you a single-use $3 credit code for a future purchase.

Each complete set of three eligible jars earns one $3 credit.

• Three original 100 g Formulosophy black-glass jars;
• The three corresponding black lids; and
• The three corresponding white protective inner inserts.

All three components from each jar must be included for the jar to count toward an eligible set.

Labels may remain attached to the jars.

Only original Formulosophy packaging is eligible for the program. Packaging from another brand cannot be accepted.

Before returning the components:

• Empty each jar as thoroughly as reasonably possible;
• Wipe the jars, lids and white protective inner inserts clean;
• Ensure all components are completely dry;
• Place each white protective insert inside its corresponding lid;
• Secure the lids onto the jars; and
• Check that the components are safely intact.
• Do not return glass that is cracked, chipped, broken or otherwise unsafe to handle or ship. Place such items into the recycling bin.

The jars do not need to appear unused. Small amounts of residual product or ordinary signs of use will not prevent eligibility, provided the components have been reasonably emptied, wiped clean and dried.

Jar returns must be authorized before they are shipped.

In your message, include:

• Your full name;
• The email address associated with your Formulosophy purchase;
• Your most recent Formulosophy receipt number; and
• A photo of the three jars, lids, and inserts you would like to return with the lids and inserts off but in the frame of the photo.

We will confirm the return instructions and provide the appropriate prepaid shipping label.

You do not need to place a written order number inside the parcel unless the return instructions specifically ask you to do so. The authorized return and its tracking information will be used to identify the shipment.

Formulosophy provides prepaid return shipping for each authorized, eligible set of three jars.

The return must be sent using the prepaid label and return method provided by Formulosophy. Shipping costs incurred through another method will not be reimbursed unless Formulosophy agreed to that method in advance.

Please package the glass jars carefully to prevent movement or breakage during transportation. Detailed packing and drop-off instructions will be provided with the prepaid return label.

After the returned components have been received and verified, Formulosophy will email you a single-use $3 credit code for each eligible set of three jars.

The credit may be applied toward a future Formulosophy product purchase through a checkout that accepts promotion codes.

Please allow a reasonable period after delivery of the return for the components to be inspected and the credit to be issued.

If a return is incomplete, unsafe or otherwise ineligible, we will contact you using the email address provided with the return request.

Considered Jar Return credits:

• Do not expire;
• Are single-use;
• Have no cash value;
• Cannot be applied retroactively to an order already placed;
• Cannot be exchanged for cash;
• May be retained until you are ready to use them; and
• May be subject to the product availability and purchasing conditions in effect when redeemed.

You may hold more than one unused Considered Jar Return credit. However, only one Considered Jar Return credit may be redeemed per order.

A Considered Jar Return credit cannot be combined with another discount code or promotional offer unless Formulosophy expressly states otherwise.

A return may be found ineligible if:

• It contains fewer than three qualifying jars;
• A required lid or white protective inner insert is missing;
• The components are not original Formulosophy packaging;
• The components have not been reasonably emptied, cleaned and dried;
• Any glass component is cracked, chipped, broken or unsafe;
• The return was not authorized in advance; or
• The parcel was not sent according to the provided return instructions.

Formulosophy reserves the right to decline credit for components that do not meet the program requirements.

Formulosophy may modify, pause or discontinue The Considered Jar Return Program where reasonably necessary, including in response to operational, shipping, safety or program-availability considerations.

Any material changes will be communicated on this page. A change to the program will not invalidate an eligible credit that has already been issued.

To receive a refund:
